• Outcomes depend on the real-life performance of athletes in actual sporting events.
• There is no element of chance or random number generation involved in scoring.

To participate in contests, you must register for an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during registration.
• Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials (username and password).
• Not share your account with any other person or allow others to access it.
• Immediately notify us via WhatsApp if you suspect unauthorised use of your account.
• Ensure all information provided remains up to date at all times.

You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. 7 Horse Fantasy Sports will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised use of your account.

All contests on the 7 Horse platform follow transparent, pre-published scoring rules. By entering any contest, you agree to the following:

• Scoring rules are published before each contest begins and cannot be altered mid-contest.
• Points are awarded based on the real-time performance of selected players in live matches.
• Final results are determined once official match data is confirmed and synced.
• All leaderboard standings are final once results are declared.
• In case of any disputed score or error, 7 Horse's decision shall be final and binding.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 7 Horse platform:

• Using automated bots, scripts, or software to participate in contests.
• Creating multiple accounts to gain an unfair advantage.
• Sharing, selling, or transferring your account to another person.
• Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, or tamper with platform systems.
• Impersonating any other user, employee, or representative of 7 Horse.
• Using the platform for any unlawful, abusive, or fraudulent purpose.
• Spreading false information or misinformation about the platform.

Violation of any prohibited activity may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, and legal action if applicable.

All content on the 7 Horse Fantasy Sports platform — including but not limited to the logo, brand name, design, graphics, text, scoring algorithms, and platform code — is the exclusive intellectual property of 7 Horse Fantasy Sports.

• You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or use any platform content without prior written permission.
• The "7 Horse" name, logo, and branding are protected trademarks.
• Any unauthorised use of our intellectual property will be subject to legal action.

7 Horse Fantasy Sports provides the platform on an "as is" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for:

• Any interruption, delay, or technical failure of the platform or contest services.
• Loss of data, account access, or contest entries due to technical issues.
• Actions, decisions, or losses resulting from a user's participation in contests.
• Any disputes arising between users on the platform.
• Fraudulent activity by third parties impersonating 7 Horse outside official channels.

7 Horse Fantasy Sports reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the platform.

It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically. Continued use of the platform following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with the use of the platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.

In the event of any dispute, users are encouraged to first contact our support team via WhatsApp for an amicable resolution before pursuing legal remedies.
